Nasty neighbors and little care

Pros:
Location is only good thing here
Cons:
Bums standing in front of the building and smoking and playing dominoes… kids on 3rd floor hanging out and smoking in the building… crazy person on 2nd floor having loud rage attacks at all types of hours throughout the day
Advice to owner:
Get the bums out from in front of the building and make sure people stay out of the hallways
