Big apartments, a litte run down
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very large 3 bedroom. Very affordable, but looks like the jacked up the rent after we moved out.
Cons:
Building owners were somewhat responsive if you kept after them, but they always went for short term, cheap fixes. We had water damage in the bathroom ceiling that would sometimes leak and they did a quick patch instead of looking into the issue so we had to keep calling them. There were roaches but not more than can be common in older buildings. When management was unavailable there were not any alternatives.
