Beware of bed bugs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Onsite laundry room; rent stabilized
Cons:
Bed bug infestation for the past few years. At any given moment you could walk into the laundry room and see bed bugs dead and alive on the floor, inside washing machines and on counter tops.
Advice to owner:
Every single apartment in the building should be treated for bed bugs. Because the current solution is not working. Some tenants don’t even know there’s an infestation until they are directly impacted. Tenants should not have to live like this.

Apt b9, mice, no good heat, no good windows
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good area, Most tenants have been here a very long time and they are very pleasant, garbage is put out properly and the recycle room gets cleaned
Cons:
Lobby gets clean once in a while and the rest of the building stays dirty.
Advice to owner:
Building should be cleaned at lease once a week and building should be updated
