Pros:
Apartment is big, 2 bathrooms in most apartments. I have not had any issues with leaks or repairs not being done:
Cons:
Noisy upstairs neighbors.. they bang and make noise all day. Management does nothing about the trash falling out of the garbage rooms. The front door is always broken and random strangers have access to come and go as they please which is very dangerous..
Advice to owner:
Invest in your properties.. we are paying tenants, we deserve better!

Pros:
Apartments are beautiful and spacious View is great Soundproof windows perfect for living near train Income based apartments Modern kitchen Laundry in building is very convenient Roof deck Trains and buses close by for easy transportation
Cons:
Unorganized management Water is cut off for hours without any prior notice Difficultly reaching super/building management when you need to address an concern. {Expect to be ignored for a few days days} Packages are constantly stolen from building lobby Cameras are throughout building but 90% of them are just for “show”, cameras do not actually work {security guards should be placed back until this issue is resolved} Dirty lobby/needs to be painted and given TLC Garbage room is filthy {rodents are going to love it here!} Front door is always broken and tenants key fob does not work Needs better lighting outside of building for safety purposes once it’s dark Neighbors with kids above you? Get ready to stomping daily, all day
Advice to owner:
Please add more lighting around building so your tenants can feel safe. Paint the lobby, this is a brand new building, the aesthetics should appear that way. Turn on the surveillance cameras like your notice stated you guys would in the papers all around the building or bring back security. Lastly, listen and show genuine concern to your tenants thoughts and complaints. We are feeling like just a check. This building has a lot of potential to be great.
