Filthiest Building in Brooklyn
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are no pros.
Cons:
Mail was constantly stolen due to broken mailboxes, homeless men from the shelter a block away wandered the building due to the front door lock being broken, building was constantly filthy, the super was despicably evil, stairwell and hallways were very rarely cleaned, heat barely ever on during the winter, CO2 alarm constantly going off, lack of management response/assistance.. I can truly go on all day about this.
Advice to owner:
Maybe if they genuinely cared more about their tenants safety, health and well-being things would be different.

Horrible building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing at all
Cons:
Rats in and outside of building, horrible smell, no on site super.
Advice to owner:
Put work into the building like you put work into trying to get people evicted
