A nice place to call home while still being able to enjoy the excitement!!!!!!!

Very close to the c train and there’s always something going on near by.
Cons:
Very very noisy at all hours

Stop being cheap and fix the place up

Pros:
There no pros landlord only cares ok money when it rains the Roof leaks and place floods When your stuff get damaged landlord don't want to give you money for your damage goods
Cons:
Don't rent this place she's asking too much It's not worth it 2500 For 2 bedroom that's not even a 2 bedroom
