Pros:
tents ate quite. keep to themselves mostly.
Cons:
thieves , people have packages stolen from residents, unqualified superintendent, unqua
lified so call building manger. landlord have a history or maintaining unsafe condition. building cameras don't work just have them up for show. hallway light are not on.unclean looks as if hallway is never sweep.or moped mice running around freely. landlord dont care about the people he wold periodically make racial remarks about African Americans or people of african decedent.
Advice to owner:
care about the tenants of the building. stop acting as if nobody work for a living
