Hard to find any
Cons:
They put these ridiculously tiny sinks in the bathroom. Management does not take issues seriously when it comes to pests. Saw roaches the day I moved in and have been seeing mice in the stairs/first floor. The heat doesn’t work in several units despite temperatures reaching 10 degrees out. They shut the water off constantly with no warning for up to 5 hours. Black mold in the bathroom.
Advice to owner:
Your inhumane neglect of the building and it’s tenants is despicable
