rodents in the walls

Pros

the location is close to the train which is really convenient

Cons

there are rats in the wall that management won’t tend to. the infrastructure of the whole building is just terrible. waking up in the middle of the night or hearing rats running through the walls through out the day is troubling. there’s no point in having an exterminator come one a month if they’re not getting to the root of the problem. the walls/floors are pretty thin so i can hear what my neighbors are doing.

Advice to the owners

find the source of where the rodents are getting in the buildings and be more responsive.
