Heating issues/Management will try to take your security deposit
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, had nice neighbors at the time
Cons:
Only heat is through fireplace heaters that plug into the wall. Energy bills in the winter were through the roof and the apartment was always freezing. Management also tried to steal our entire security deposit claiming damage, which seems common with them.
