Could be worse could be better

Pros:
Quiet, has a nice roof
Cons:
There has been lights out in the hallways for months, and the outside space is never kept tidy with the garbage

They need to fix the old walls and do the better renovation.

Decent and close to commute
Cons:
Old building with creaky floors and old brick walls with holes. I had smoke and air coming through the wall in my room.I told them they never respond to it and ignore it completely
Advice to owner:
Fix these old places.
