Amazing place to live!

Pros:
I loved the location. Proximity to trains, restaurant, pharmacy, the park, and every thing you may need
Well maintained gut renovated building. Beautiful yet lined block
Nicely designed. Larger rooms and each room has its own bathroom. Extremely responsive landlord. Very kind and accommodating!
Cons:
We were the first to move in so we had to endure new building kinks but after it was fixed we had a peaceful and problem free stay!
