Porch pirate stealing

Pros:
Rent stabilized was a real plus and great park nearby
Cons:
The main front building door would often not lock and porch pirates could come in to steal our packages
Advice to owner:
Fix the dryer. Does not dry your clothes well .

Pros:
Right near the J, quick commute into Manhattan Huge private patio Ample street parking
Cons:
Very thin walls- neighbors being loud is normal but the walls are so thin, I can tell you exactly what my neighbor is doing if you give me a time of day.
Management responsive to maintenance needs but most solutions are just quick fixes so there's constant fixing of the same problem (water damage to ceiling, hot water not working, laundry machines not working)
