Not worth the price

Pros:
At the time (2019) I had great neighbors and no issues with bugs or rats. Thats where the pros end.
Cons:
We were charged for a years worth of incorrect meter readings because the building would not let Con Edison have access/did not inform them of the new apartment numbers.
We had continuous leakage issues on the roof and the living room ceiling as well as bathroom would leak water and need to be patched up over and over again.
My roommate and I got very sick and found the living room air vent was growing mold.
Advice to owner:
Please care about those you are renting to and their lives. Stop being selfish

Nice building, bad management

Pros:
Clean, nice layout, generally quit neighbors
Cons:
Management is unresponsive and does not care about your property or safety. There have been roof squatters sited and package robbers caught on camera and nothing was done.

Pros:
Landlord is relatively responsive and fixes issues within a day or two usually. Very nice people in the front office. Appliances are brand new and the air conditioner works great.
Cons:
Area isn’t great and everything is cheaply made.
Advice to owner:
Laundry room was always moldy and crowded since there’s just one washer and dryer for the building.

- Clean & well maintained apartments
- bright bedrooms
- new fixtures

- secure building with cameras
Cons:
- management didn’t respond to emails right away. (Make sure you save all emails/conversations)
- laundry room was broken into and we were out of laundry for several months. No reimbursement
- never cleared off sidewalk during snowstorms or provided salt as

- basement apartments were advertised as livable, yet when city inspection came, we had to move our belongings out.
Advice to owner:
TCM, needs to be more responsive to residents in need and give them tools to succeed the elements. (Ie, if you can’t orchestrate sidewalk cleanup, leave a shovel, someone will do it).
