it could be better

Pros:
the location is very convenient, but it the block itself doesn't feel like it's the safest. the super responds very promptly and is very friendly. the building itself is very clean and the garbage is well taken care of.
Cons:
some of the neighbors are ridiculously loud and inconsiderate. i think some of them smoke so the smell lingers in the halls despite the posts from the super asking tenants to not smoke indoors. there were pest problems throughout the year and no real help with trying to solve them.

Pros:
The location and neighborhood are awesome. The concept of exposed brick is nice too.
Cons:
It gets super cold between the bathroom and the rooms with windows. Even if the exposed brick looks nice, it leaks at night when it rains. Had to deal with long-term water damage as I attempted to resolve it with the super.
Advice to owner:
Improve heat circulation in rooms
