Everything the building was fine while living there, somewhat slow responses from management about maintenance
Cons:
They have yet to respond to any contact about the return of the security deposit

the surrounding neighborhood north of the building is lovely, but gentrifying at the speed of light
Cons:
Management will NEVER reply to you. Been waiting for black mold to be removed for 5+ months. Half of my mail is stolen. Tenants smoke in hallways and have loud domestic disputes. The super, Raymond, has a record of 3 weeks for his quickest response time. We went an entire winter with no heat, and when the radiators were “fixed” they spat out rusty water that damaged our furniture. Mice in the basement and bugs everywhere. When we were forced to withhold rent due to multiple months without a working appliance, the new property manager Katherine Loman tried to intimidate us with false legal information and charged us an illegally high late fee. After all of this, our rent was raised nearly $1000. Do not rent from this building or any Delshah property at all costs.
Advice to owner:
do your JOBS!!!!! honestly how do you sleep at night???
