Beautiful building destroyed by corp management

Pros:
My neighbors here are amazing. The place is quiet and very private. Backyard with cats was something I really enjoyed.
Cons:
Terrible management that will just put bandaids over major issues. Typical slum lord. Place was gross and so many huge cockroach from the basement not being maintained right. Water leaks in the roof of the kitchen never resolved right in the 3 years there. Floor was very damaged upon move in and they tried to blame me for the damages. Cracked parts of ceiling would fall off from damage. Bathroom was renovated horribly. Issues that aren’t worth the price it is. They tried to raise my rent 300 dollars after only 50 dollars increases before that.
Advice to owner:
None they will never change warning for anyone moving here
