laundry in building lots of cats outside
Cons:
management are negligent. i’ve had a bathroom ceiling leak off and on for THREE MONTHS that i have to call about 5-6 times per “fix” to get sorted. the plonking of rotted rain water into a nearby bucket is the soundtrack to me writing this review. heat is turned up to unbearable temps in the winter. my dishwasher didn’t work for the first 3 months i lived here. every “fix” made to a broken or problematic fixture in the apartment is poorly done and shabby looking. had an ant issue over the summer that i had to deal with entirely on my own. had to deal with a roach or two. no nice here but neighbors got some. just a very difficult place to live, it’ll feel like an additional job trying to get everything running as it should.
Advice to owner:
just do better. be responsive to your tenants, provide weekend assistance for key issues

tried to charge me and my roommate twice for the initial deposit, claiming our first check got stolen from their mailbox. a few spirited phone calls later and it's revealed that the thief resides within their own company and this whole situation is on them. they removed the extra charge from our next bill but never offered any sort of apology for accusing us multiple times of trying to scam them!
