    3 min walk to the chauncey j/z, 8 min to Rockaway C, 12 min walk to bushwick aberdeen L.

    Roof access is sweet
    Cons:
    Not a lot of great light or original details. Bathroom gets really hot on its own. Spotty wifi sometimes.

    Hot water on shortage you need to shower at particular times in the day to get sufficient hot water.
