Great location right by the train.
Cons:
Some of the neighbors on the block aren’t ideal.
Advice to owner:
Rent is high for the amount of space

Great AC unit, huge bath and good amount of space for a couple.
Cons:
Hallways remain a little unkept. Garbage isn’t always taken out when it should be.
Advice to owner:
Spend a little and might save a lot.
