Worst managment ever

Pros:
It's comfortable, it´s pretty.
Cons:
Worts management EVER. One of the apartments has a very serious mold situation that neither the owner nor the management wants to fix. And they pretend to rent again that property like that. That's a scam.
Advice to owner:
Do your job.

Pros:
The inside looks nice, appliances are good, and the rooms are big. It's also close to the subway.
Cons:
Some infestation issues, mainly cockroaches. Can hear mice in ceiling, but did not see them in our apartment, neighbors did. The building neighbors are fine, but the street is very loud, especially in the summer. The management office is ok, just inconsistent, and the super is good.
Advice to owner:
They need to improve responsiveness. Sometimes they're in the office & help that day, sometimes we can't get in touch for 2 weeks.
