Pros:
Unit 1 had a huge beautiful private backyard, quiet beautiful street in Ocean Hill, the units have good layouts with big living spaces
Cons:
The landlord and management company are greedy and ruthless
Advice to owner:
Remember that your tenants are human beings

really good place. not the best but mainly due to roommates apartments are gorg!
