Could be cleaner. It’s only been 6 days.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of natural light. Super close to the train. Mostly quiet when church isn’t in session. The newly done kitchen is pretty nice. The apartment layout is great.
Cons:
The building halls are kind of old and dirty. The apartment was dirty when we moved in, mainly the bathroom covered in grim and the whole place covered in dirt and dust. There are roaches and the only reaction so far was to have the contractor use an excessive amount of bug bombs.
Advice to owner:
Hire a professional cleaner to clean the apartments before a new tenant arrives, it would also be good to hire a professional exterminator to spray and chexk the apt.
