    Pros:
    Nice area, very close to the subway and supermarkets. Upstairs is okay, basement is not.
    Cons:
    smell indoors
    bug infestation
    Property owner does not resolve issues quickly

    Clean and regularly inspect apartment/building for bugs/rodents
