RUN FOR YOUR LIFE FROM THIS BUILDING

Pros:
Vaulted ceiling’s, good size, centrally located
Cons:
Attached restaurant and zero pest control, slumlord refuses to fix anything, washers & dryers broken for two years, oven broken, built in microwave broken, fridge broken, mold from AC/heat units dripping down walls, house broken into and landlord refused to change locks, fake cameras don’t catch anything, sexually harassed the tenets, when things do get fixed his handy men ask tenets to pay DEBTS HE OWES FROM PREVIOUS JOBS out of pocket and pay for our own repairs
Advice to owner:
Quit. Pay your debts and then quit.

Spacious, clean, but loud

Pros:
The apartment layout is wonderful. All rooms are a good size. Spacious living room. Ample large windows with a view of the NY skyline. Unit was clean upon move-in. Rent is reasonable.
Cons:
The nearby J train can be extremely loud - not the fault of the property owner but something to keep in mind if renting here. Communication with management can be slow if waiting on a repair. Garbage cans outside are usually overflowing.
Advice to owner:
Respond to repair requests faster.
