Affordable but management is not very hasty with issues

Pros:
Affordability and tenants didn’t really bother me
Cons:
Basement gets very damp and critters tend to show up. Laundry machines barely worked.
Advice to owner:
Please maintain the building better and replace the washing machines and dryers. Have pest control put some preemptive measure in to avoid bugs.
