Awful Landlords

Pros:
Space and upstairs bathroom was large
Cons:
Ants/Pest Issue
Constant Leaks
Landlords response time and responsiveness was below respectable
Repairs took well over weeks to be acknowledged
No central air so house is very hot
No landscaping was allowed was properly maintained by owner/landlord
Advice to owner:
Joseph Meisels & Chaim Freidman: Stop it
