Fast response landlords for any problems

Pros:
Very by the books landlords. When there were issues they would usually show up day of if urgent or same week if not so urgent. Super easy to get around, less than 10 min walk to the J, L, A & C trains. It’s a huge apartment with beautiful molding and large living room. Roof access is pretty sweet. Only unit in the building, so direct access to apartment from the street. Hopefully they don’t knock it all down and make it look like every new Grey apartment in BK with icky open floor plans. Cons:
They’ve decided after 5 years to not renew our lease this next year… landlords didn’t give us a reason so that was a bummer. Likely they want to get more money for it. Pretty lousy considering we stayed with them all through Covid, when we could have easily gotten a new shiny place in a better neighborhood. Gas and Electricity are not included. There’s a church next door that sometimes has loud music on Wednesdays and Sundays.
