Neighbors are great
Cons:
Landlord doesn’t believe you when anything is needed to be fixed - violations get them moving but are apparently rarely filed. No idea what the super actually does since we do most maintenance ourselves

Neighbors were cool, right by the train
Cons:
Upstairs neighbor threw a knife at someone and land lord wouldn’t change the locks, mail was broken for a while, landlord made us contact an exterminator for him and we did most of our maintenance ourselves
