Disrespectful tenant at 361

Nothing nice to say
Cons:
Neighbors. Unknown tenant. Dances drinks beer and smoke cigarettes on the roof of 359 sumpter disturbing the elderly women who is recovering from a stroke. Up there at different time of night and early morning
Advice to owner:
Please advise your tenants to stay off the roof
