Not the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are friendly, live-in super is always around, generally little noise, convenient location
Cons:
Maintenance takes long to respond, mice issue, could be cleaner, broken stair steps (unsafe).
Advice to owner:
Prioritize safety and fix the stairs.

Worst place I've lived I think.
Former Tenant
Pros:
I guess it's close to the train and buses. .
Cons:
Creepy super.
Rats or mice in the walls.
Electrical damage due to rat or mice chewing on the wires (some lights don't work other flicker).
No recycling
Building really seems unsafe in general, always weird people hanging out outside. Someone tried to sell my roommate pills.
The front door is almost never locked and often is propped open.
Maybe there was a robbery, or maybe it was a fight? Anyway some incident happened where the plexiglass was broken and that incident maybe involved a gun. I wasn't there and I'm not really sure what happened at all but the incident prompted me to move out of this building after less than three months of living there.
Advice to owner:
Get a new super and get recycling cans.
