Roaches and Creep Landlord

Pros:
It’s cheap and spacious rooms
Cons:
The apartment could be on fire and the owner wouldn’t care. We’ve had roaches for over a year, there is no trash management and the rats are horrible. We went without hot water for two weeks because he just didn’t care. The landlord is racist and sexist and will try and take advantage of you any way possible.
Advice to owner:
Stop being a landlord.
