Pros:
Building is clean, apt is spacious, close to multiple train lines. Responsive management, electronic payments, pet friendly
Cons:
One washer and dryer for her entire building; the system use for payment often crashes and you loose money. Experienced sewer flooding a couples time( terrible odor for days). garbage gets ransack by homeless ppl, strangers seating on building steps entrance, electric bill high. Claim a roof Acces however not available. Multiple incidents of violence outside the building due to train proximity.
Advice to owner:
Fix the sewer problem to avoid flooding, better system for the garbage,

Pros:
close to train. exposed brick
Cons:
loud. roaches and spiders EVERYWHERE. mold and water damage in the walls. building management unresponsive, security terrible. appliances new, but cheap and poorly assembled.

Exposed brick, great layout, plenty of natural light
Cons:
Absolutely no care for building upkeep, including major long term damage unless it’s an emergency

Invest in more day to day maintenance
