Great apartment, great management

Pros:
Big, laundry in unit, spacious rooms, central A/C. Right next to the M stop. A little pricey for the location IMO, but to each their own.
Cons:
Right next to a pizza hut so people and Uber Eats loiter a lot.
Advice to owner:
Price feels high, but otherwise, none!

only 4 units in the entire building
Cons:
no elevator, management is slow to respond and doesn’t fix problems even after telling them multiple times
Advice to owner:
please fix the problems your tenants ask you to fix
