I hate it here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry room and event rooms available for rent
Cons:
Washer-dryers never work. Machine to put money in your laundry card always down or takes your money without putting it on your card (I’ve lost about $40 the past few months because of this). Rats, mold, renters raise the price during Covid to 3x what it originally was, and every time I get it fixed, the next month a similar issue pops up. No heat until the end of November.
Advice to owner:
Sell the property to someone who cares about poor people protected by HUD
