The landlord does not exist

Pros:
It has a cool alleyway and gated front yard where a tenant had a vegetable garden. You also get control over your heat.
Cons:
The landlord did not exist literally never spoke to them or saw them ever we did all the repairs and upkeep ourselves. Also the area is super hectic, you're right next to myrtle broadway, but thats not the landlords fault. The rooms are also all incredibly small.
Advice to owner:
Why be a landlord if you're not going to do your job. The tenants do more than you.
