Pros and CONS
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Each bedroom has its own bathroom
- Only 2 apartment units
- Easy access to the train
Cons:
- Worst landlord I’ve ever dealt with E V E R. They respond when they feel like it, and you’ll never be able to actually speak to someone on the phone. Nearly impossible to get a hold of when you need them, but if they need you they won’t stop emailing you.

Maintenance is not up to date.

Hallways is always stinky.
Advice to owner:

Lovely apartment, questionable management.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was very nice, well put together. The location was close to the train and accessible. Lots of bodega options, and corner stores.
Cons:
The building management was not responsive to a very dangerous tenant/roommate. Police was called multiple times. The roommate caused a lot of chaos that would be a cause for eviction, yet management allowed them to continue to live there with no consequences even though they endangered all the other roommates’ lives.
Advice to owner:
Allow roommates to sign separate leases instead of one joint lease.
