Cute, quiet but cold

Pros:
quiet location, clean building, great garden apartment, great lights and newly renovated kitchen
Cons:
POORLY INSULATED. Freezing in the winter, flooded basement, washer/dryer does not work. We randomly had ants crawl in from garden apartment.
Advice to owner:
Please make sure the basement does not flood tenants belongings, fix the laundry room and insulation issues! It's a wonderful apartment outside of these issues, but the winters were brutal being only around 60 degrees in the apartments.
