Pros:
we moved into our apartment which is really quite a nice space in january after signing lease with woodbine. the building was then sold in february to a company that woodbine would not give us the name of, would not give us any contact info for new owners.
Cons:
the new owners have been incredibly unresponsive when we have contacted them about pests, water leaks in multiple places, building security issues. we were informed by both our building’s maintenance worker and trash pickup worker that they are not being paid. this place is quickly devolving into a shitshow. we have known our landlord by the name of “joseph” the few times he has answered our phone calls and he says the name of his company is greenshine inc but there is no evidence of any such company existing. we found him online under aliases james silberstein, joel stern, james sternberger and affiliated with over 10 LLCs that rent stolen property in brooklyn, specifically bed-stuy
Advice to owner:
stop!!! this is illegal and horrendous for your tenants and the health and safety of the local community

Good building, issues with pests from abandoned building next door

Pros:
High ceilings, good amount of space, central air
Cons:
Consistent issue with various types of pests from season to season despite all measures. Also basement not zoned for living space, and neighbors tend to hang out on the the stoop all day blasting music
