The space is nice, but not worth the trouble
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to subway.
Cons:
Landlord isn’t prompt in responses and isn’t helpful. We’ve asked for things to be fixed and while some have been fixed, others we were told were fine or weren’t acknowledged at all. Heat is not included, but the heat is awful once it reaches 20F outside. We once went days with our apartment being 55F even though we had the heat at max. The appliances aren’t great, either.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenets.
