Not much going for it, good sized bedroom
Cons:
My roommates had more interaction with management but they were unresponsive and difficult to communicate with

Pros:
You have your own washer and dryer
Cons:
Your electric bill will be through the roof for no apparent reason like you’re paying for the whole buildings electric ,, rats everywhere big ones and you can hear then walking through the walls, they will increase rent on you when your lease is up by hundreds of dollars
Advice to owner:
Be better and do better for your tenants
