Pros:
It was a nice space overall.
Cons:
The landlord was initially very responsive but when we moved in the apartment was in terrible shape. There were only 2 lightbulbs that worked in the whole place, the backyard was a MESS, one bathroom (of three) did not have running water, one bathroom has a cabinet that was falling apart. We had about 3 weeks of maintenance being done to fix the issues. Once we reached out to the landlord about the issues, they were fixed but I don't understand why the apartment was in such rough shape when we moved in.
