Not the worst, deff not the best

Pros:
- washer/dryer in unit - spacious bedrooms - control your own heat
Cons:
- owner (Jesse) is not super responsive about fixing things. he is not a great communicator either - rats and rat poop all over the stoop - a lot of roaches - building smells awful and is never cleaned - would not feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood at night - landlord took money off of my security deposit for filling holes and painting but he filled the holes before my lease ended. I went back to fill them and they were already done. I also think as a landlord you should expect to paint when flipping a unit that’s been occupied for 2 years
Advice to owner:
Get someone who can handle the maintenance for you. Accept online payments for rent. Clean the building. Don’t be cheap.
