Nice bed stuy apartment

Pros:
Gut renovated before we moved in (2016), hardwood floors, modern appliances, laundry in basement, cool location, responsive landlord (ticketing system, online rent pay)
Cons:
walls aren't super thick, living room doesn't have normal windows (there's a skylight which links directly to neighbors - and there's space where windows clearly go but they're bricked up for some reason?)
Advice to owner:
maybe be more selective with who you rent to, the neighbors are super loud

Pros:
Great location, great neighbors! Generally will always come by and look when we had complaints, even though nothing was ever really fixed.
Cons:
Bad plumbing. Big mice problem we were dealing with for the last 4 months of our lease. Walls are super thin.
