Terrible and overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location and close to a lot of bars.
Cons:
Landlord did not fix things on time, huge rat infestation by the building, did not call the exterminator to do consistent maintenance. The building rent went up $300 every year but no repairs were made.
Advice to owner:
Fix things and get the exterminator in there.

BEWARE Landlord horrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
It has a roof.
Cons:
There is a squatting drug dealer with a loud hunted house door that will keep you up with foot traffic and "customers" all hours. Be prepared to have stuff stolen and for the Land lord to not care about you at all. In fact he is un reachable. Poor heating, The wind blows into your whole apartment in the winter, roaches crawling on you in bed, Packages stolen, Maintenance fixes everything with duck tape, Everything is broken.
Advice to owner:
Care more about the people who live in the building you are renting.
