Mid but alright I guess

Pros:
Nice bathrooms and generally well-kept
Cons:
Roaches even on the upper floors, terrible laundry, insane neighbors/tenants, dog in the building who pees in the lobby, trash is always a mess, no closets in common areas and tiny bedrooms

Water takes very long to heat up, constant bug problems including roaches. Central air barely works
