Neighbors are cool
Cons:
It's been 2 and a half months since I moved out. My roommate got their deposit. I have not received mine back. We left the apt. in pristine condition. By the way, the building is a shithole.

Give me my money back

Some units have in unit washer and dryers, renovated, responsive management

It’s a little hit or miss with some units

Pros:
Landlords are attentive and respond quickly, the unit I was in was fully renovated so we had very little issue. Very big and bright windows!
Cons:
Supers turn around was high. They were all attentive, but never stayed around longer than a few months. You’d have to contact the landlord company to contact the super.
Had a lot of issues with the old radiators spewing out dirty water and not working that well at the beginning of each winter
Advice to owner:
Revamp the heating system in the building
