Sometimes they're fine. Sometimes they're really not.

Pros:
Its a great space, the super is really great, and there are times when issues get resolved quickly.
Cons:
It is a company that maybe bit off more than they could chew. The staff are constantly rotating and theres often logistical errors within their office that end up screwing you. All of these errors have ended up causing us to leave our apartment of 3 years, we intended to be long term renters. I would not recommend this company at all.
Advice to owner:
You need to update your office systems or hire more staff
