Depends on roommates
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a beautiful spot
Cons:
The roommates on the ground floor are excessively toxic. But by the time you find out it’ll be too late. Screaming, slamming doors, harassing text messages and privacy violations galore. Your room will be walked into when you’re not home as they seem to feel that they own everything including you in the apartment. Horrible temper tantrums and abusive behavior. Unless you’re a heavy sleeper forget about getting a wink of sleep since they cook until 3am and generally hang out in the living room at that time regardless of whether you have a day job. Zero concern for your boundaries and zero perception of keeping you in mind when they do shit. They pay for a room but they will definitely make you feel like you are a guest in their home that they can’t afford alone.
Advice to owner:
I suggest you rid yourself of people who can’t actually afford to live there without tormenting every person they room with.
