The new apartments look great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building location, room size, transportation options, lots of restaurants in the area.
Cons:
Electrical outlets, rodents, elevator issues, plumbing in apartment is on one line. The “super” has a daytime job, so they are rarely available during the day. They always want to do things in the evening. Packages are always stolen. No secure place for delivery. No laundry
Advice to owner:
You should modernize all electrical outlets in the apartments. Not just your new apartments. The current outlet situation is a fire hazard.

Horrible place - not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s close to the train but you have to walk in front of a crack house
Cons:
Everything about this building is awful. My upstairs neighbor made my life hell. The neighbors have block parties with music blasting til 4 AM. My apartment had roaches the entire time I was there. Mold problem. Cheap everything.
